Certified under DIN 14675 for every phase from design to maintenance. The responsible person is on our staff – not at an outside consultant.

A fire alarm system is not a product you buy and mount. It is a life cycle: design based on the fire safety concept, engineering with the inspector, installation during ongoing operation, commissioning, acceptance, then decades of maintenance. The German standard DIN 14675 divides this path into phases and requires a certified contractor with a named responsible person for each of them.
HD-Überwachung is certified for phases 6.1 to 11 (ZDS certification body for security technology, DAkkS-accredited; first certified 2022, recertified until 2030). The responsible person under DIN 14675 is the owner himself. For you that means one contact across the entire life of the system and no hand-over losses between designer, installer and maintenance contractor.
New systems are built exclusively with Telenot hifire – we have been a trained Telenot installer for fire alarm, intrusion alarm and transmission systems since 2021. Existing systems of other makes we take over for maintenance or conversion where documentation and spare parts allow; we have the measuring and field-bus equipment for fault finding.
We review the fire safety concept, building permit and existing system documentation and clarify what the inspector will want to see.
Detector concept, transmission path, fire brigade interfaces – as a quote with items you can follow.
Our own staff, our own aerial work platform, scheduling around your business. Fire stopping is done at the same time.
We prepare the documentation, accompany the inspector's test and train your staff.
We have worked as a subcontractor for nationwide system integrators since 2018 and as an installation partner of Chubb since 2022. Installation, conversion, commissioning and service of alarm systems as a subcontractor – with all formal credentials (DIN 14675 certified contractor, responsible person, manufacturer training). Company profile with certificates on request.

When the building permit, the fire safety concept or the insurer requires it – typically hotels, assembly buildings, care facilities and larger commercial and industrial buildings. The fire safety concept states whether and what scope is needed; we go through it with you.
The standard requires a certified contractor with an examined responsible person for design, installation, commissioning, acceptance and maintenance. We are certified for all of these phases and present the certificates on request.
Under DIN VDE 0833-1 at least one maintenance per year plus quarterly inspections, some of which the operator can carry out. The exact scope is defined in the maintenance contract.
In most cases yes. We check documentation, spare parts availability and condition and tell you openly whether taking it into maintenance makes sense or a conversion to Telenot would be more economical.
Yes. Site visits, quotes and documentation hand-over in English are no problem; the formal documents for the German inspector are produced in German as required.
