Most IT problems in small and medium-sized businesses start in the cable duct: undocumented cables, switches without a plan, Wi-Fi that drops in every second room. We come from the cabling side and know how a network is built physically – and we run servers, phone systems and mail systems on top of it.

For hotels, practices and offices we take on complete IT support under a service contract: network, Wi-Fi for guests and staff, telephony, servers, workstations, backups. And because the owner works as an external data protection officer, GDPR is built in from the start.

Fire alarm, intrusion alarm and video systems run over IP today. Whoever builds the network should understand security technology – and vice versa. With us both come from one company, including the question of which camera belongs in which VLAN.

What customers ask us about network & it

What does in-house fibre cabling cost?

That depends on the building, fibre count and number of terminations. After a site visit you get a fixed price with test reports included.

ISDN is being switched off – what now?

Existing systems can often continue via SIP trunk or be migrated to FreePBX. Numbers are kept; we plan the cut-over without downtime.

Do I need a data protection officer?

In Germany from 20 people regularly working with personal data, or below that with video surveillance and sensitive data. We check this and take on the role externally.

Do you also support Microsoft 365?

Yes – setup, migration and ongoing administration, combined with local infrastructure where it makes sense.
