Security systems rarely fail because of the technology, usually because of how they are used: alarms nobody arms, cameras pointing at the wrong thing, access systems that get bypassed in daily routine. That is why every project starts with the question of who will operate the system later and what exactly needs protecting.

We have installed security systems since 2012, have been an AXIS Authorized Partner for network video since 2017 and a trained Telenot installer for intrusion and transmission systems since 2021. We design and build your intrusion alarm system to VdS guidelines – exclusively with Telenot equipment.

Data protection and video surveillance

Cameras at the workplace and in publicly accessible areas are subject to the GDPR: signage, purpose limitation, retention periods, access rights. We plan this in – the owner also works as an external data protection officer and knows what the supervisory authorities look for.

Involve the insurer

For commercial systems we clarify early what requirements and what monitoring connection the insurer expects.

Installation and training

Installed by our own staff, then training for all users – a system nobody operates protects nobody.

Trial period and fine-tuning

Two to four weeks of trial operation, eliminating false alarm sources, adjusting camera views.

What customers ask us about security systems

What does my insurer require?

For businesses often an intrusion alarm built to VdS guidelines with monitoring; for private homes rarely specific requirements. We clarify your insurer's requirements up front and design the system accordingly – that often lowers the premium.

Can I install cameras at my business?

Yes, with rules: signage, no recording of public paths or neighbouring property, limited retention, documented purpose. We plan the camera views accordingly.

Wireless or wired?

Wired in new builds, often wireless or hybrid in existing buildings. Telenot wireless technology is tamper-monitored and suitable for commercial systems.

I rent my house – can I still have an alarm?

Yes. Wireless systems need no permanent cabling and can move with you. For rental properties we coordinate with the landlord where drilling is required.
